6. Restaurant partners

Restaurant listings and recommendations are provided for convenience. foodsdates is not responsible for the food, service, availability, or experience at any partner restaurant. Reservations and any transactions are between you and the restaurant.

7. Safety and personal responsibility

foodsdates helps people meet, but you are responsible for your own interactions. Use good judgment, meet in public places, and never share sensitive financial information with matches. We do not conduct background checks on members.

8. Termination

You may stop using foodsdates and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe put other members at risk.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, foodsdates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
